How To: Make rootwork oil for spells

Here, you will need to use either jojoba oil or vitamin E oil. These will not have to be used as the base, but they will need to be present for preservation. For Flying Devil Oil, you will need the following: red pepper flakes, black sesame seeds, vegetable oil, and jojoba oil. Pour vegetable oil, pepper flakes, and sesame seeds in a jar. Seal the jar tightly. You will need to shake them up once a week or once a month. Shake it when it catches your eye.
